I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely hotel and I must say, it strikes a thoughtful balance between luxury and value. The spacious room boasted a comfortable bed which my family and I appreciated, especially after a day of exploring York's historical sites. An unexpected upgrade was a delightful surprise! The on-site restaurant offered an impressive children's menu, catering perfectly to young palates. I also enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool, which wasn’t overly crowded during our visit—ideal for some family privacy. The attentive housekeeping ensured our room was always tidy and fresh. With amenities like a 24-hour reception and luggage storage, we felt well looked after. All in all, I found this hotel to be a smart choice for families. It delivered ample luxury without compromising on the value that families, like mine, look for when traveling. We'll definitely be back!
