I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely hotel and I must say, it strikes a thoughtful balance between luxury and value. The spacious room boasted a comfortable bed which my family and I appreciated, especially after a day of exploring York's historical sites. An unexpected upgrade was a delightful surprise! The on-site restaurant offered an impressive children's menu, catering perfectly to young palates. I also enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool, which wasn't overly crowded during our visit-ideal for some family privacy. The attentive housekeeping ensured our room was always tidy and fresh. With amenities like a 24-hour reception and luggage storage, we felt well looked after. All in all, I found this hotel to be a smart choice for families. It delivered ample luxury without compromising on the value that families, like mine, look for when traveling. We'll definitely be back!
